How does Yohei Fukuda ship its orders?
International orders are shipped via DHL on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As such, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their local authorities. DHL may contact you directly regarding these charges before delivery.
In accordance with international trade regulations, all orders shipped from Japan include an official invoice declaring the value of the purchased merchandise in Japanese Yen (JPY).

- Orders from $0.01 to $39.99: Shipping fee is $6.99
- Orders of $40 or more: Free shipping
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders for in-stock merchandise are typically processed the same business day if placed before 4:00 PM JST. Most online orders are fulfilled within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Yohei Fukuda reserves the right to delay or cancel shipments in cases of suspected fraud or inventory issues. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to rejected or returned packages are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my online order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details, including items ordered, quantities, billing information, and shipping address.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email with your DHL tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. International deliveries may take up to two weeks depending on customs clearance procedures and the destination country.
